Welsh inspection body, Estyn, says secondary schools need to get better at nurturing talented children

Estyn recently issued a statement stating that ‘only a few secondary schools on Wales identify, support and challenge more able and talented pupils.’

Ann Keane, He Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales said ‘Schools need to consider whether they are offering children the full range of experiences and opportunities that will enable them to reach their potential and prosper.’
