Reports say brightest children neglected

The BBC is reporting that in England children are left behind in Maths. Teenagers in England are half as likely as those in the average developed nation to reach higher levels in mathematics, according to a study by The Sutton Trust.

Chairman of the Sutton Trust, Sir Peter Lampl has said ‘This is a deeply troubling picture for any us who care about our brightest pupils from non-privileged backgrounds."
