Product Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products; however there may be occasional errors. In this event you will be provided with a full explanation and a corrected offer. All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Prices
The price shown for the goods includes VAT, postage and packing. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Deliveries
All orders are dispatched by standard TNT post 3-7 days. Plaques and framed certificates are made to order and can take up to 21 days to post.
Orders received up until 10:30, Friday 21stDecember 2012 will be processed and posted out same day using the standard TNT postal service which is 3-7 days. Please be aware we regret we cannot guarantee delivery of your order before 24thDecember.
Overseas Deliveries
We regret that we do not currently deliver items outside of the UK.
Payment
We accept the following cards, Visa, Visa debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Electron. Credit or debit card payments will be charged on receipt of order. When payment is taken from your card the transaction on your card statement will state "British Mensa"
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, please return it to us (in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange it. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Distance Selling Regulation
If you have changed your mind and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
- Not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturer's seals
- Return in good condition all packaging, manuals, etc
- Return the goods in a condition that would enable British Mensa to resell them as new.
- Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer
Security
All card transactions are carried out in secure mode by Sage Pay. Sage Pay is an accredited payment service provider. You can be safe in the knowledge that Sage Pay are one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the UK.
